Special message to speakers only
The Race to the Future is right around the apex of the next corner. This Virtual Conference features 2 days of action packed gear jammin, fender bangin, tire rubbin action. We have the fastest drivers (you) in the Plex/2E community on the starting grid. We are holding a special driver meeting for all speakers to discuss the strategy for the race.
Between now and then, we are asking you to start preparing your Powerpoint presentation. Download the powerpoint template here. For each session, we need you to prepare the following information:
- Title
- Abstract (one or two paragraphs highlighting your presentation)
- Bio (one paragraph about you including your title and professional experience)
- Powerpoint presentation (Download PPT Template)
Each session needs to be 45 minutes in length, that will leave time to question and answers at the end. If you are a Session Leader, please collaborate with your Lightning Talk speakers.
We are hoping to have this information completed and turned in no later than Monday October 19th so we have time to make adjustments if necessary.
